Shipping Policy
Domestic & International · Effective date: 1st April 2026 · Revision No: 00
This Shipping Policy applies where Anjani Putra Hospitals Private Limited dispatches physical items ordered through www.anjaniputrahospitals.com such as medicines and health or wellness products. It does not apply to appointments, teleconsultations or digital reports, which are delivered electronically or availed in person.
1. Order processing
- Orders are processed on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment is confirmed;
- Prescription medicines are dispatched only against a valid prescription verified by our licensed pharmacist. Orders requiring a prescription will be held until a valid prescription is received; and
- You will receive an order confirmation, and a tracking reference once the order is dispatched.
2. Domestic shipping (within India)
- We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through reputed courier and logistics partners;
- Estimated dispatch: within 1–2 working days of order/prescription confirmation;
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on destination (metro, non-metro or remote locations);
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight and destination, and orders above a minimum value may qualify for free shipping; and
- Deliveries to remote or restricted areas may take longer, and some PIN codes may be non-serviceable.
3. International shipping
Where the Hospital offers international dispatch (for example, to support NRI patients and overseas customers), the following additional terms apply:
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 working days from dispatch, subject to destination and customs clearance;
- Orders are shipped through international courier partners (such as DHL, FedEx or Aramex) with tracking and customs documentation support;
- International shipping charges are calculated on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) plus destination, and are shown before you confirm the order;
- Import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our charges;
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the ordered items — particularly medicines — are legal to import into the destination country and are for bona fide personal use. A valid prescription and personal-use declaration may be required for customs clearance; and
- The Hospital is not liable for parcels seized, delayed or returned by customs or destination-country authorities.
4. Packaging & handling
All items are securely packed. Temperature-sensitive medicines (such as those requiring cold-chain handling) are shipped with appropriate protective and, where needed, cold-chain packaging to preserve their integrity in transit.
5. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or email to follow your shipment. For any delay or delivery issue, contact us with your order and tracking ID.
6. Delays, damage & non-delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier disruption, customs or events beyond our control;
- If a shipment is received damaged, tampered or incorrect, do not use the item and notify us within 48 hours with photographs and your order ID so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate; and
- Repeated failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient may result in the order being returned, with re-shipping charges payable by the customer.
